I have been working out with Liv for almost 6 months now, and have honestly never seen a bigger transformation in my body than when working with her. Hey I’m Liv! Founder of LIVT Personal Training. With over two years of experience in the fitness industry, including more than one as a personal trainer and online coach, I’m passionate about helping people curate movement that instills growth, confidence, and vitality. At 22, after recovering from an eating disorder, I made it my mission to redefine what it meant to be fit and truly began my own fitness journey. I received certifications through The National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and began working as a group fitness instructor. From there, I moved my business to Self Made Training Facility where I operate as an independent trainer. I work to help my clients not only look and feel their best, but to uphold a sustainable, and a non-restrictive lifestyle, offering personalized guidance to help create life/changing habits for the mind, body and soul!
